OK 61.30 E 308L – 17 / E 19 9 LR 12 / 1.4316
Acid-rutile, universal AC/DC electrode with a low percentage of carbon, 19.9 classification, for welding high-alloy CrNi steels. It establishes an electric arc and gives an exceptional quality of the welded joint. The slag separates itself. The electrode is coated with a special coating with reduced moisture absorption. It is used for welding program 18-8 quality. Delivered in vacuum-packed "VacPac" packages! Approvals: ABS, DB, DNV, CWB, TUV.
OK 67.70 E 309 MoL – 17 / E 23 12 2 LR 32 / 1.4459
Acid-rutile, universal AC/DC electrode with an increased level of alloying, 23.12.2 classification, for welding stainless Cr-Ni and Cr-Ni-Mo steels, especially acid-resistant and chemically-resistant joints in aggressive environments. This electrode is the first choice when welding high-alloyed to non-alloyed steels. It is also suitable as a base and intermediate layer before surfacing, especially in chemically aggressive environments. It can be used in all positions except vertically downwards. Delivered in vacuum-packed "VacPac" packages! Approvals: BV, CWB, DB, DNV, LR, TUV.
OK 68.81 E 312 – 17 / E 29 9 R 32 / 1.4337
Acid-rutile, universal AC/DC electrode of ferritic-austenitic type with about 40% ferrite, wide application, 29.9 classification, for welding high-alloyed Cr-Ni and Cr-Ni-Mo steels, steels of reduced weldability and dissimilar steels to each other. The welded joint is of exceptional quality and designed for working temperatures up to +1150°C. It is also suitable as a base and intermediate layer before surfacing. Delivered in vacuum-packed "VacPac" packages! Approvals: UDT
