Galeb has a continuous system for anti-corrosive and decorative plasticization of metal products of various shapes. Metal plasticization technology is one of the modern possibilities. It consists of several units:
- Pretreatment
- Degreasing with phosphating as an anti-corrosive base
- Moisture drying
- Electrostatic application of powder varnishes of various shades and qualities according to the requirements of exploitation
- The final stage – baking or plasticizing in a chamber at a temperature of 180-200°C
- The heating system uses propane-butane gas
- Capacity: 90,000m² / per month
- Maximum dimensions of plasticized items: 800 x 1250 x 2300mm
- Conveyor (belt) speed: 1 – 3 m/min
